Last updated: May 31, 2026. Still Here is built for private accountability, not surveillance. The app tracks participation, not perfection.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide while using the app, including:
- Account details such as name, email address, handle, and password authentication data.
- Daily physical and mental pulse logs.
- Circle posts, comments, reactions, small promises, and optional photos you choose to add.
- Circle membership and invite information.
- Reminder settings, notification preferences, and push notification tokens.
- Basic technical data needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
How we use it
We use your data to run Still Here: create your account, save logs, show Circle updates, send notifications you enable, support account recovery, export your data, and delete your data when requested.
Who can see your content
Your private Circle can see updates you choose to share with that Circle. Circle posts are visible to your Circle. Private account data and private logs are not shown to other users.
Service providers
Still Here uses Cloudflare for backend hosting, database storage, and photo storage. We may use email and notification providers to deliver account and app notifications. We do not sell your personal data.
Photos and sensitive notes
Photos and notes are optional. You can use Still Here without adding photos or long personal updates. Still Here is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or an emergency service.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your account data is kept until you delete it or delete specific items. You can export your data and request account deletion in the app. Deleting your account removes your account and app data from active service storage.
